Summary
From Medicine, Sports Medicine, Military medicine, to a better Fitness plan,
Mission 1 Fitness is Head & Shoulders above any other. Available for speaking
engagments or specific training needs. My goal is to do away with rediculous
attempts at fitness as "reality shows" and get people involved in REAL methods
that work without getting beat up, while using the time you already have

practices, in Family Practice, Orthpeadics/Trauma and Sports Medicine.

I started in the Navy (active duty) 1974 as an enlisted member, and moved up
thru the ranks with being comissioned in 1986 as a Warrant Officer and then
Regular comission until retirement in Aug 2006. Various commands with last being
OIC of a Marine/Navy Shock Trauma platoon in Orlando. Tours included
Afghanistan, as well as others over the years. Started with VietNam and ended
with Afghanistan/Iraq.

I have a Hx of teaching both in the Military and at a Florida University with
medical programs. Well versed in Nutrition. Also in Fitness New approach.
Professional speaking for meetings, key note, or conventions on a variety of
topics.
My Wife is also a professional speaker on Leadership issues. She does many a
year and is both very knowledgeable as well as sought after.
